AduanaFácil Andorra provides a document preparation service for shipments of used personal belongings between private individuals from Andorra to Spain. The service consists of drafting and personalising documents (sworn declaration, proforma invoice and carrier dossier) based on the details provided by the client.
We are not customs agents or tax advisors. The export and import customs declarations (SAD) are processed by the carrier's customs agent. The information published on this site is of a general nature and does not constitute tax or customs advice.
The client is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the details provided, in particular the description of the goods and the declared value. The Owner is not liable for the decisions made by the customs authorities or for any taxes charged on import.
The contents of this site (texts, design and template documents) are the property of the Owner. The documents delivered to the client may be used by the client exclusively for the shipment covered by the order.
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to the client.
